Note: If you purchase and complete our standalone Workflow Assessment, and then decide to purchase additional sessions, I’ll apply the bulk coaching rate as though you had bought a larger package up front. This way, you still save!

What do you get in your summary of each coaching session?

After each coaching session, I’ll summarize what we covered and what I recommend you do next. My clients often find this a helpful tool for reflecting on what they learned and putting it into practice.

What are the post-program follow-up calls for?

A few weeks after your coaching program, I’ll call you to follow up and see how you’re doing with implementing what you’ve learned. We’ll address questions you may have, and I’ll offer some tips, refreshers and pointers as needed.

What is the Workflow Assessment?

While all coaching begins with the Workflow Assessment, you can also purchase it as a standalone service. This may be helpful if you do not know which topics would be most helpful to cover.

In any case, the Workflow Assessment is delivered in two sessions a few days apart.

Prior to our first session, I’ll ask you to complete an online survey; then, when we meet for our live Workflow Assessment, we’ll look at your work situation, process and tools.

Once I get a sense of how you work and what you need (and give you some valuable tips and strategies along the way), I’ll make personalized recommendations to make your work easier, based on what’s going well and what you’d like to improve.

A note on the standalone Workflow Assessment:

Once you have my recommendations (in the form of your personal roadmap), it’s up to you what to do with them. If you feel confident applying them on your own, great! If you’d like my help, you can continue with further coaching.
